Dust off those saddles, bridles and horses! It’s time to prepare for the 2016 Show Season!!! Sweet Rock Stables is hosting a combination Arena Trail Challenge and Paper Chase. Compete in trail obstacles in our indoor arena or in the Paper Chase on the trails surrounding our stables, or do both! This is an excellent opportunity for you and your horse to get ready for the warmer riding days ahead.

| · 6 – 8 judged obstacles set up in our indoor arena
· 2 minute time limit per obstacle · ACTHA rules as guidelines · Grand Champion & Reserve Champion ribbons for highest overall scores (not division-based) · Ribbons to 5th place in these divisions: o Open o Pleasure/Novice o Junior Exhibitor (under 21 years of age) o In-Hand · Division 1st place winners also receive prize |
· Groups of 2 – 4 riders will ride the approximately 2 mile trail loop behind our stables
· No obstacles · Pre-determined trail must be followed · Timed going out and coming back; group that finishes closest to pre-set time wins · Ribbons to 5th place – No divisions

*$5 from each entry fee donated to the SRS Riding Club to pay for AMHA Youth Contest fees at the Mason-Dixon Classic Show. Additional donations are always appreciated!
There will be no food vendor at this event. However, we will order pizza and have sodas and water available for $7/person at the end of this event. More details will be available at the registration table on the day of the event.
TO ENTER THIS EVENT:
PRE-REGISTER: Email entry to info@sweetrockstables.com In your email please include horse name, rider name, junior (under 21 years of age) or senior exhibitor, telephone number, preferred ride time, group information (if applicable).
EVENT DAY REGISTRATION: Enter at registration desk. However, entries received the day of the event will be charged $40/rider for the Trail Challenge and at $15/rider for the Paper Chase.
Current Coggins required for every horse at registration.
